Our attention to sustainable development.
Our attention to the environment extends and merges with the wider concept of sustainable development. We strive to develop our area consuming local products and employing people who live in our valley.
Our focus also extends to people less fortunate than us who live in deprived areas of the world. Many are our initiatives in support of their development. Alongside this initiative adopts an apple tree in bloom for the formation of Brazilian children, from a few months we decided to buy some of the Market Fair. You can find these products at breakfast and you can buy them either in the bar at reception: dark chocolate with hazelnuts and brown sugar cane in the Philippines and Latin American cocoa, candy filled with honey and mint of Mexico, the Republic of cocoa biscuits Dominican Republic and Bolivia's quinoa, mix fruit from Africa, Asia and South America. Try these products, you can enjoy their unique flavors, tastes, colors and flavors in respect of small producers and workers in the South.
